President
Kevin graduated from Northeastern State University in May of 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree in finance. He entered the heat exchanger industry in 1991 as a draftsman for a major heat exchanger company. After four years of drafting and design, Kevin was promoted to estimating, with customer service responsibilities. He joined the Hughes-Anderson organization in 1999 as Estimating Manager, then was promoted to Vice President and appointed to the Board of Directors in 2010. His current duties include sales, customer service, and project management.
VICE PRESIDENT / CONTROLLER
Michael serves as Controller for Hughes-Anderson Heat Exchangers. In this position, he is responsible for managing accounting operations, preparation and analysis of financial statements, taxes and treasury, as well as coordinating external audits and compliance activities. Additionally, Michael manages HR, payroll, and all IT functions overseeing the architecture and implementation of all support systems that the organization uses to operate and manage the business. Michael joined Hughes-Anderson in 1994 and was officially promoted to the role of Controller and Board of Directors in 2010.
Manager of Quality Control
Mark graduated from Spartan School of Aeronautics with a degree in Quality Control and Nondestructive testing. He immediately started in QC at a major heat exchanger company, where he worked for 16 years and was promoted to Assistant QC Manager and Radiation Safety Officer. Mark joined the Hughes-Anderson team in 2006 as Manager of Quality Control. He continues to seek additional training to help keep him at the top of his field.

Manager of Manufacturing
Bock graduated from Oklahoma Central Technical School in 1985. He joined Hughes-Anderson in 1986 where he has thirty-three years of experience in manufacturing shell and tube heat exchangers. Kelly has held manager positions in Assembly Shop and Quality Control prior to being promoted to his current position of Manager of Manufacturing in 2013. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 2017.
Manager of Engineering
Holding a degree in accounting from Tulsa Community College, Barham left the Hess Corporation and joined Hughes-Anderson in 1995. He held several positions during his time at Hughes-Anderson including draftsman, AutoCAD programmer, CNC programmer, and Mechanical Designer. In 2017, following an extensive apprenticeship under Jim Harrison, he was promoted to Manager of Mechanical Design / CADD. His duties as manager also include oversight of Document Control and service on the Technical Committee of the Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association. Barham was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2018.
President
Gilbert joined the Hughes-Anderson team in 1989 after graduating from Oklahoma Central Technical School. He held multiple positions within the organization including Sales, Manager of Manufacturing, Plant Manager, and Vice President before assuming his current role as President in 2013. His experience throughout the different departments gives him a unique insight into leading the overall operation. He serves as Chairman of the Board and has been on the Board of Directors since 2004. He is a member and past President of the Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association and serves on the American Petroleum Institute’s 660 subcommittee.
Manager of Engineering
Michael graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1976 and started in the heat exchanger industry immediately. Prior to joining Hughes-Anderson in 1986, he was Vice President of Engineering for another major heat exchanger company. Michael served on the TEMA Technical Committee for several years, was part of the seventh edition, and was author of the TEMA software for two decades. Subsequently, he served on the HTRI Technical Advisory Committee and was chairman of the HTRI Technical Committee from 2005-2015. Primary responsibilities are producing thermal designs using HTRI, as well as writing and maintaining Hughes-Anderson’s in-house ASME mechanical design program and keeping current with applicable Codes and Standards.
